3.  Products sold in this website are suitable for use by adults. If you are concerned about the use of adult sex toys and the effect it may have on your health, please consult your doctor before use. For products which may have direct contact with sensitive body areas, please read the instructions carefully before use and for electronic products, you should start using them with the lowest speed and increase the speed gradually. 4.  The Company offers return policy under which you may return for exchange any defective, faulty or damaged products from the date of purchase. Personal health care, condoms, lubricants, arousal or penis enlargement products, lingeries are not included in this policy. Due to the nature of the product itself, we do not accept non-defective returns or exchanges on items that have been opened. Used or opened products may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. 

5.  You must ensure that you comply with applicable laws in the destination country if you place any overseas order on the website.  For some countries, duty tax may be required. The recipient will be responsible to pay for any duty tax needed. We are not responsible for any delay, custody caused by custom authorities of your country.

6. In order to prevent improper use of credit cards and protect the interests of both buyers and sellers, each customer can use credit card (via Paypal) to pay for purchases with an upper limit of HKD 10,000 within 60 days. When the customer reaches the upper limit, we will notify the customer to choose other methods of payment, or please visit our stores in person to buy, there are no restrictions on using credit card payment in stores. Online orders are automatically detected by anti-fraud software. The Company may refund any credit card orders which are marked by our system as high risk.

All other trademarks, service marks and logos referred to or appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners. Photos, videos related to a product are taken from the marketing materials of its suppliers/wholesaler. Any other pictures or videos may be taken from public domain for illustrative purposes only.
