Members will get reward points equivalent to the net price of the ordered products. All points will appear on your membership account after the order is processed. Simply log into the website, in My Account section, click on the link "My reward points". For more information, please click here.

A coupon is issued on all orders (online and shop purchase) over HK$200, the number of the coupon will appear on your official receipt.  Members can check their coupon in Order History under Members Home. Coupons are valid for 3 months. To apply your coupon online, simply enter the code while checking out. Or present your code at our shop to deem the discount. For more information, please click here.

We leverage advanced computer system linking our online store to our physical shops. The same membership discounts apply at our stores. You may use our discount coupons and reward points online and offline. Members can also gain reward points on purchases at our shops and may view their shop purchases history on the website. To ensure the safe use of reward point redemption at our stores, members must log into the website and obtain a QRcode in the Reward Points Page, then simply hand over the QRcode at the cashier.

All toys we offer are safe to use on any healthy person. If you are concerned about health issues, please seek advice from your doctor. You should read the instructions supplied with the products carefully before use, especially for electronic toys. Toys must be cleaned and disinfected before and after use.

The system will display the payment methods available depending on the chosen shipping requirement. If you prefer to pickup the goods at MTR station, you may either pay via Stripe/Paypal in advance, or pay with cash on delivery. We accept major credit cards via Paypal. You may also use PayMe, Wechat/Union Pay for instant payment. If you wish to pick up the goods in person at our store, we accept Cash, Credit Cards, EPS, PayMe, Octopus, Alipay HK, Wechat Pay and Union Pay. If you pay via bank transfer, Alipay or FPS, please let us know after the payment is made via the link "Bank Transfer Notice" in the footer or via whatsapp.

Privacy is our utmost concern when you shop at Adultloving.hk. The information you submit is only used to assist us in processing your order. We use Stripe/Paypal to handle your payment and do not retain any credit card information. Please read more about our privacy policy.

We will dispatch your goods after confirmation of payment within one working day. You may choose to pickup your purchase at MTR stations, have it delivered door-to-door by SF Express, or delivered to a local convenience store or SF Express/EF Locker pickup point.

We use HK Post Speedpost service for all overseas orders.

For extra privacy, all parcels are packaged with multiple layers and they just look like normal parcels. For an additional fee of HK$20, we offer gift wrapping service, you may specify the message written on the gift card. For more information on delivery and packing, please click here.

We will dispatch your goods within one working day. The time of delivery will depend on the method chosen, for example, we may be able to deliver your goods at MTR stations the same day, SF Express/EF Locker would arrive in 1-2 working days. Delivery to local convenience store may take a bit longer.
